We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer, fan of Dart, who engages in the creation of the product and to suggest the best technical solutions.

Requirements - we want you if you have:
- At least 3+ years of commercial experience in Flutter (previous experience in native development, iOS, Android or Kotlin Multiplatform, is also highly appreciated)
- Very good knowledge of Dart (in-depth understanding, so you feel fluent in this programming language)
- Experience in writing tests (you know your way around Flutter's test libraries and can tell the difference between unit, integration and a golden test)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Great communication skills, also in direct communication with clients, and openness to give and receive feedback
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level)

You will be:
- Programming, being responsible for the mobile (Flutter) side of our applications
- Cooperating closely in experienced Agile teams that include Product Owners, QAs, Web and Mobile (Flutter, iOS, Android) Developers, Designers
- Working with CI/CD pipelines (using Codemagic) and adjusting them to project needs
- Communicating directly with the Clients, suggesting technical solutions that work for the business
- Mentoring and supporting other developers by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices
- Taking part in defining and improving development processes
- Evaluating new technologies and keeping up with current industry best practices
