We are looking to recruit Customer Care Representative with great communication skills, who has a positive mindset and is passionate about the ECCO brand.
You will represent ECCO to the outside world and must build the company’s image together with your team, by providing unique customer experiences.
What will you be doing every day?
Assist customers with their inquiries regarding ECCO products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments.
Provides service to company’s customers according to predefined standards and procedures.
Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices What we are looking for in you?
English, at least fluent is required Native or at least fluent in Spanish Excellent communication skills both written and spoken Previous experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) will be an asset At ECCO you will have the chance to grow your career in an international company with a globally recognized brand, in a motivated environment created by passionate colleagues and owners.
