You will lead a distributed team of about 12 engineers, owning the conversation platform, tools, and evaluation layer. You will work with PM and Tech Lead to define the roadmap and deliverables. You will drive hiring end-to-end, coach engineers, and shape team processes to ship reliably in a fast-moving, async-first environment.
