will play a crucial role in shaping the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. This senior strategic position focuses on enhancing security, risk management, and customer experience through robust identity governance and secure access management. Key Responsibilities
Define, socialize, and maintain an enterprise IAM strategy aligned to business and security goals. Develop and manage a multi-year IAM roadmap outlining initiatives, investments, and outcomes. Establish a future-state IAM operating model encompassing governance, policy, and architecture. Create a coherent identity management approach for various identity types across the organization. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Cyber Security and HR to implement the roadmap. Transform regulatory expectations into practical IAM controls and metrics. Provide executive-level insights and recommendations for technology, security, and risk committees. Act as an authority on IAM strategies, emerging threats, and governance best practices. Key Requirements
10-15 years of experience in senior IAM strategy roles within global banks or regulated environments. Proven track record in IAM strategy and roadmap development. Deep knowledge of IAM domains such as IGA, PAM, and authentication methods. Experience with IAM governance in regulated banking contexts. Nice to Have
Familiarity with major IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID). Understanding of European regulatory expectations around access control. Knowledge of zero-trust strategies and passwordless authentication. Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are beneficial but not essential.
