Your Role: Join our dynamic Customer Applications team within the Process Solutions commercial organization! As an Upstream Customer Application Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Upstream bioprocess to collaborate with customers and drive sales in the EMEA East Europe region. Your role will involve developing integrated strategies, supporting sales teams, and presenting our Upstream technology expertise to customers through engaging interactions. You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, positioning cell culture media and associated upstream chemicals, and ensure successful brand awareness across the portfolio. Who You Are
You have over 5 years of relevant technical bioprocess experience in the life science industry, with hands-on expertise in Upstream processes.
You possess a solid understanding of sales cycles from prospecting to closure in the Biopharmaceutical industry, complemented by rel-
You excel in managing complex and dynamic projects, effectively engaging with a variety of key stakeholders.
You are customer-focused, proactive and action-oriented approach.
You exhibit an inquisitive and probing nature
You have a good understanding of the biopharma market, preferably with knowledge in the territory
You are a strong communicator
You are skilled in effective prioritization and organization of work, strategic thinking, and adapting to evolving needs while building strategic working relationships.
