We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Poland to support our sales operations in Poland and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have a background in the field of industrial plant construction, a deep understanding of the market dynamics in these regions, and experience collaborating with headquarters in Germany. This is a home-based position in Poland, with regular travel to customer sites and business partners. What You Can Expect
Develop and implement the sales strategy for Poland and Eastern Europe in line with company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the market Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region Support customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations. Provide regular updates and reports to headquarters on sales performance and market trends Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs. What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or/and Master´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the industrial plant construction sector Knowledge in the field of air pollution control is a plus Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different locations Willingness to travel within the region. Fluent Polish (C2 level or equivalent) and good English language skills.
