You'll play a key part in shaping how solutions are built and delivered, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders. Guide the design and development of robust, scalable software solutions Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members throughout the development process Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear technical plans Oversee code quality through reviews and the enforcement of best practices Coordinate work across the team to ensure timely and consistent delivery Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective resolutions Support planning and estimation efforts to keep projects on track Drive continuous improvement by introducing better tools, practices, and approaches to the team's workflow Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development At least one year of experience leading and managing teams Strong skills in C# .NET, with particular emphasis on .NET Core frameworks Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for building and deploying cloud-based solutions Proficiency in SQL for managing and querying relational databases Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Knowledge of Databricks to support data processing and analytics workflows
