- Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees;
- Apply software engineering practices from analyzing user needs and developing features to automated testing and deployment;
- Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance by applying digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements;
- Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues;
- Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs;
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities;
- Work on initiatives introducing service-based, event-driven, and messaging architecture in Azure.
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
- 5+ Years of experience with C# and .NET Core;
- Experience with messaging platforms;
- Experience with containers;
- Proficiency in React;
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture;
- Experience with cloud architecture and engineering;
- Knowledge of Agile, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices;
- Skills in engineering best practices and Clean Code delivery;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Keen interest in understanding how the business works;
- Passion for learning and innovation;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
