SuccessFactors Product Manager (Talent Management) in Warsaw

About the role

The IT sub-section Corporate Products HR is responsible for implementing and evolving Munich Re's global Talent Intelligence Hub as part of the HR Digitalization Roadmap. This includes the delivery and continuous enhancement of key HR solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Succession & Development, as well as integrated third-party platforms including LinkedIn Learning and Cobrainer. We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP Success Factors Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.

How you will get the job done:

• driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools
• overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing external staff including procurement and provider management
• collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions
• implementing changes and configuring systems
• cooperating with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation
• managing delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• working across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
• monitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
• setting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE Group

Skills and experience you will need:

• fluency in English
• university degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Development, and Recruiting
• experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), is considered a plus
• strong understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impacts
• acting as a reliable partner for HR department
• demonstrated ability to adhere to the security guidelines and best practices
• preferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
• self-organized and proactive attitude
