Providing technical support for networking and security products Preparing and conducting solution testing Delivering first‑line support for Fortinet products Continuously developing technical knowledge and expertise Collaborating with IT experts and professionals Qualifications and Experience

Has basic knowledge of computer networking Understanding of network security technologies, including Firewall, IPS, and VPN solutions Has strong communication skills Independence, availability, and a consistent approach to work Has planning and time management skills Knowledge of the FortiGate platform will be considered a strong advantage Has English language proficiency enabling effective communication About Us – Why Work for Us
