Actively acquiring new business clients and developing sales of IT infrastructure solutions, with a particular focus on the Data Center area.
Identifying clients’ technological and business needs and advising on optimal IT solutions.
Managing comprehensive B2B sales processes—from establishing relationships and analyzing needs, through preparing offers and negotiating, to finalizing contracts.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with decision-makers at IT Director, CIO, and executive management level.
Selling solutions encompassing server infrastructure, storage, backup, data protection, and cloud and hybrid environments.
Working closely with technical and presales teams to design and offer solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Achieving sales targets and actively seeking new business opportunities. Требования
At least 5 years of experience selling IT solutions or services to business clients (B2B), preferably in IT infrastructure and Data Center.
A proven track record of acquiring new clients, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Very good knowledge of Data Center technologies, particularly storage solutions, SAN networks, high availability (HA), and Software-Defined Infrastructure.
Practical knowledge of Data Protection solutions, backup systems, and data security.
Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure, cloud and hybrid solutions, and service models such as Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa S.
Understanding of IT solution licensing principles and the ability to advise clients on selecting appropriate technologies and deployment models.
Knowledge of how AI can be applied in IT solutions and business process optimization.
The ability to conduct collaborative technical and business discussions with IT executives.
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sales processes independently.
Very good work organization, proactivity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
English proficiency sufficient for fluent business communication and fluent knowledge of Polish.
