We are looking for an experienced Senior ONIT Platform Consultant to support and enhance enterprise Legal Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of Legal Operations processes and will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ONIT platform for global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve ONIT platform incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Collaborate closely with Legal Operations, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain ONIT modules, including:
- Matter Management
- Spend Management
- Vendor & Outside Counsel Management
- Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, and custom solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between ONIT and enterprise systems such as ERP, CLM, and Finance platforms using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Lead technical design workshops and translate business needs into scalable ONIT solutions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to SLA-driven support processes.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for ONIT platform usage and enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
- 5-10+ years of experience working with enterprise Legal Technology platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with ONIT Enterprise Platform.
- Experience supporting, configuring, and administering ONIT environments.
- Knowledge of Legal Operations processes, including:
- Matter Management
- eBilling
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Experience working with ticketing and service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Understanding of SLA-based support models and incident management processes.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and middleware solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Legal Tech platforms such as TeamConnect, Legal Tracker, or similar solutions.
- Previous experience working in global enterprise environments.
- Background in application support, platform administration, or Legal Operations technology consulting.
