Agentic Automation Lead Developer works within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to biggest market players in EMEIA region and around the globe.

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analizowanie, definiowanie i proponowanie rozwiązań automatyzacji dla klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
• Prowadzenie działań w zakresie projektowania, rozwijania, testowania i wdrażania inteligentnych i agentowych rozwiązań automatyzacji przy użyciu różnych platform Agentic Process Automation (APA), usług AI/ML oraz narzędzi do rozwoju low-code/no-code.
• Ścisła współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb, identyfikacji możliwości automatyzacji o wysokim wpływie oraz przekształcania złożonych wymagań w solidne rozwiązania techniczne.
• Analiza istniejących procesów biznesowych, identyfikacja nieefektywności i ich przeprojektowanie w celu optymalnej automatyzacji przy użyciu podejść agentowych.
• Integracja rozwiązań APA z różnymi systemami przedsiębiorstw, bazami danych, interfejsami API i usługami zewnętrznymi.
• Rozwój i utrzymanie agentów konwersacyjnych, asystentów zasilanych AI lub autonomicznych wykonawców zadań, które zwiększają produktywność i doświadczenie użytkownika.
• Monitorowanie, rozwiązywanie problemów i ciągłe doskonalenie wdrożonych automatyzacji, zapewniając ich niezawodność i skuteczność.
• Śledzenie najnowszych osiągnięć w dziedzinie APA, generatywnej AI, LLM, RPA i pokrewnych technologii automatyzacji.

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 4+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Agentic Process Automation principles.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more automation platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI-driven automation tools) and a track record of successful implementation and roll-out.
• Ability to work closely with business and propose valid and efficient process improvement solutions.
• Experience working with transformation and improvements in business processes through automation.
• Excellent ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementation plans and working solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, and take initiative.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with .Net framework.
• Experience in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular) for creating user interfaces for automated solutions or dashboards.
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data manipulation.
• Python or R experience, particularly for data science, machine learning, or advanced scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI capabilities into automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML or automation services.
• Previous experience in developing and delivering technical training or leading technology adoption initiatives.
• Knowledge of API design and integration (REST, SOAP).
