You will help plan, design and implement Service Now manufacturing solutions focusing on OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, Sec Ops and IRM, with a strong emphasis on risk and incident response.
You will lead workshops, support CMDB and service catalog development, mentor the implementation team, and ensure quality throughout testing and deployment.
