Are you an experienced Senior UX Designer looking for the next phase in your career? Our B2B CX design team is seeking a seasoned UX designer responsible for the experience design of cyber security products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design UX flows and UI designs for product features and user stories.
- Write compelling and user-friendly UI texts and messages, and design interactive user guidance to assist in onboarding and service use.
- Collaborate with the CX team in usability studies, user research, and competitor analysis.
- Generate creative insights from customer, product, and prototype feedback.
- Actively collaborate and communicate with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver excellent and customer-centric end-to-end experiences.
What are we looking for?
- 4-6 years of UX design experience in web and mobile applications.
- A degree in a suitable field or equivalent professional experience.
- UX design portfolio demonstrating talent and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, collaboration, and presentation tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe tools, Axure, Miro).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus points:
- Experience in product design for the B2B environment.
- Experience in assisting user onboarding and service use through interactive guidance.
- Experience in Service Design methodology.
