Job Responsibilities
Manages andcontrols the parts inventory level, ensuring an adequate inventory andefficient use of dealership space.
Reviewsdepartment expenditures for accuracy, reconciles with vendor statementsand provides payment authority.
Establishesand fosters relationships with outside sales representatives, vendors, andparts suppliers.
Promoteseffective communication across the dealership to best serve customer’sneeds.
Reviewsvendor products, determines which lines to carry and negotiates profitmargin.
Assists withtraining and managing parts employees to ensure acceptable productivityand adherence to dealership’s objectives and policies.
Able todevelop strong internal relationships with our sales and servicedepartments.
Able toperform other duties as assigned in order to enhance and maximize theperformance of the dealership.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid and clean Driver’s/Motorcycle License
Knowledgeable on all makes of motorcycle parts and able to resource and inventory as needed.
Willingness to take initiative.
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
