Designing innovative, automated, and cost-optimal logistics solutions (material flow, warehouse layout, resources, processes). Conducting advanced data analytics (analyzing large sets of operational data, process simulations). Creating advanced cost models for new and existing operations. Supporting less experienced project team members. Working closely and partnering with sales, IT, and operations departments to create winning tender strategies. Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven, successful experience in designing logistics solutions and processes within the warehousing sector. Expert warehousing processes knowledge. Ability to create complex cost models. Outstanding analytical skills - fluent proficiency in MS Excel and practical knowledge of advanced data analysis. Knowledge of design support tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Flexsim) is optional but highly desirable. Fluent English, both spoken and written, enabling smooth negotiations and the creation of project documentation. Highly developed presentation, negotiation, and long-term relationship-building skills with decision-makers. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under time pressure.
