Your responsibilities
End-to-end organization and coordination of FCL ocean shipments.
Communication with shipping lines, agents, terminals, and clients.
Preparing, checking, and completing transport documentation.
Monitoring order execution and on-time deliveries.
Entering and updating data in operational systems.
Resolving day-to-day operational issues and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Collaborating with other company departments and business partners.
Our requirements
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, FCL experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of processes related to organizing ocean freight will be an additional advantage.
Strong work organization and prioritization skills.
Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Communicative English skills enabling smooth email and phone communication.
Ability to work in a team and build good relationships with clients and business partners.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
