Influencer Marketing Manager in Katowice

Responsibilities

Manage the full influencer partnership cycle: independently source influencers, conduct cold outreach, build and maintain a personal contact database, and work with the brand’s existing database;

Negotiate partnership terms and agree on cooperation models (Fixed, CPA, Hybrid);

Launch and monitor advertising placements;

Prepare creative briefs and define requirements for advertising integrations and formats;

Ensure the quality of influencer integrations and compliance with agreed requirements;

Work with tracking platforms, preferably Keitaro;

Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as FTD, CR, Retention, and ROI;

Develop new creative formats, promotional mechanics, and acquisition funnels;

Contribute to the development of the influencer marketing strategy;

Manage partnerships across the main platforms: Telegram (channels, bloggers, sports communities) and Instagram (lifestyle, sports, and betting verticals);

Explore additional opportunities, including Twitch streamers and brand ambassador partnerships.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in the gambling / betting industry;

Proven experience independently sourcing and selecting influencers on Telegram and Instagram, conducting cold outreach, and maintaining a contact database;

Understanding of the Ukrainian and/or CIS markets;

Experience working with Fixed + KPI, CPA, and Hybrid cooperation models, with a clear understanding of FTD as a key performance metric;

Experience with tracking platforms, preferably Keitaro, including link and UTM setup, basic postback configuration, and FTD tracking validation;

Ability to calculate CPA, CR, and ROI, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions;

Understanding of the player acquisition funnel, the specifics of the Ukrainian market, and the risks associated with low-quality traffic;

Experience preparing creative briefs and managing creative production, including developing integration mechanics and testing different formats;

Strong understanding of Telegram and Instagram: audience quality assessment, engagement rate (ER), fake follower detection, and advertising placement formats;

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including working with formulas and spreadsheets and building basic influencer financial models;

Strong negotiation skills and experience building long‑term partner relationships.

Nice to Have

Experience working with brand ambassadors and managing ambassador partnerships;

Experience launching streamer projects and working with Twitch;

Basic Figma skills for creating simple creatives and making adjustments;

Understanding of compliance requirements and restrictions in the gambling industry;

Creativity and willingness to test unconventional promotional formats.
