We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager tosupport the delivery of a major data centre construction project in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where you will lead project delivery, manage key stakeholders, and drive safety, quality, and programme excellence from construction through commissioning and final handover.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of mission-critical data centre construction works from mobilisation through commissioning and operational handover.
Provide strategic leadership across project teams, ensuring world-class standards in safety, quality, programme, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate CSA, MEP, and Commissioning activities to achieve seamless integration and successful project delivery.
Drive construction progress through effective management of subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Maintain full control of project schedules, risks, resources, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Champion Health & Safety excellence and ensure compliance with project, client, and statutory requirements.
Lead stakeholder engagement, chair project reviews, and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all systems achieve operational readiness and client acceptance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent
Previous experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction delivery, project controls, and stakeholder management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
