Polish-speaking Freelance Call Agents
based in Poland to join our international market research team.
In this role, you will conductstructured telephone or online interviews in Polish for market researchprojects. You will collect opinions and information from participants usingprepared survey scripts.
This is a
research-only position .The role does not involve sales, marketing, lead generation, or sellingproducts or services.
All selected candidates receive
freetraining and a full introduction to the company and role before starting liveprojects . No previous call center or market research experience isrequired.
WhatYou Will Do
Conduct structured telephone or online market researchinterviews in Polish.
Follow survey and interview scripts accurately.
Ask questions in a neutral and professional manner.
Record responses accurately according to projectrequirements.
Maintain a professional and respectful communicationstyle.
Follow GDCC's quality and data-collection procedures.
Freelance/ Self-Employed Contract This is a
Freelance /Self-employed contractor position .
You will work on a freelance basisand will be responsible for declaring and managing your own taxes and otherapplicable obligations in accordance with Poland law.
Requirements
Polish language skills at
C2 level
are requiredfor conducting interviews professionally.
Good communication skills and clear pronunciation.
Basic English language skills for internalcommunication and training.
Ability to work independently in a quiet environmentwith minimal background noise.
Good typing and computer skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable basiccomputer setup.
Call center, customer service, interviewing, or similarexperience is an advantage but
not required .
Secondary education or equivalent experience.
Must be
based in Poland due to projectrequirements and time-zone considerations.
Availability for a minimum of
16 hours per week (4shifts) .
Afternoon, Evening, Weekend availability may be requireddepending on project needs.
TechnicalRequirements You will need:
A reliable internet connection.
A computer suitable for online work.
A quiet working environment.
Basic computer skills.
Full technical requirements andinstructions will be provided during the application and onboarding process.
Fully remote freelance work from Poland.
Flexible working hours, depending on projectavailability and your schedule.
Part-time or full-time working opportunities, subjectto project requirements.

Fixed hourly rate: €11.50 per hour.
Payments are made monthly.
Payments are processed securely by GDCC via availableonline payment methods, including PayPal or bank transfer.
€50 bonus
after successful completion of the probation period.
€250 bonus
after completing 250 working hours.
Additional performance-based incentives may beavailable depending on project outcomes.
The compensation structure for thisfreelance position is a
fixed hourly rate of €11.50 per hour , with theadditional bonuses described above.
FreeTraining & Introduction Before beginning live project work,all selected candidates receive
free training and a clear introduction toGDCC, the role, project procedures, and the tools used for interviewing .
There is
no charge for trainingor onboarding .
NoCandidate Fees Candidates are never charged anyapplication, recruitment, placement, training, onboarding, or other fees.
