What you can expect: We are seeking a determined and committed individual to join our team as a
Sales Associate (m/f/d) . This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and support our sales efforts in Poland, particularly in utility-scale PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Tasks:
Support sales staff and team management throughout the sales process, including participation in tenders, project preparation, after-sales service and customer retention
Assist in processing tenders and supporting contract award procedures
Handle correspondence with customers, partners and subcontractors in Polish and English
Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation and commercial offers
Assist with trade fair and event planning, travel arrangements and calendar organization
Prepare presentations, offers and contractual documents in collaboration with sales staff and team leaders
Support marketing activities and the maintenance of social media posts for the team
Profile:
Completed vocational training or university studies
Initial experience in project or process management, sales support or a similar assistant role is an advantage
Very good written and spoken Polish and English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for ERP systems
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and a proactive, structured and results-oriented approach
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work effectively in a team
Experience or strong interest in the renewable energy sector, particularly utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS), would be an advantage
