Gravira Group— a fast-growing iGaming Product company— is looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate department and scale high-quality traffic from Tier-1 markets. This role is for someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and understands how to build strong, revenue-driving partnerships with affiliates.
Key responsibilities:
- Search, onboard, and manage affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic (FB/SEO/ASO/PPC) — including cold outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure performance growth
- Analyze traffic sources, performance metrics, and ROI (ROMI 100%+ is the goal)
- Negotiate deals, optimize campaigns, and ensure top-performing partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new offers and improve conversions
- Monitor daily statistics, payments, and fraud indicators
- Expand and diversify traffic channels across Tier-1 Markets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming product
- Proven expertise working with Tier-1 markets and FB traffic
- Strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing principles
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Financial literacy and a goal-oriented approach
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Ukrainian - Native.
Would be a plus:
- Your own affiliate/webmaster database (Tier-1)
- Experience in cold outreach and onboarding new affiliates
- Existing partnerships with SEO/ASO/PPC webmasters
- Experience working in startups or dynamic iGaming environments
