Most junior accountants spend their first years posting invoices for one company in one currency. Here you will work in a modern ERP, across several companies and currencies, in English from day one, and see how every invoice ends up in the group accounts.
What you will do:
- Check and post supplier invoices, including KSeF, with the right account and VAT treatment.
- Match bank payments to invoices and follow up on missing documents.
- Reconcile online sales payouts to the bank.
- Prepare invoices and reconciliations between group companies.
- Help close the month: accruals, reconciliations and checklists.
- Work with our external accounting firm and keep their documents complete and on time.
What you need:
- A degree in accounting, finance or economics, or close to finishing one.
- Up to two years in accounting, at an accounting firm, a shared service centre or an in-house team. Internships count.
- The basics of VAT and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Good English, written and spoken (B2 or better).
- Confidence in Excel: lookups, pivot tables, filters.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Odoo or another ERP.
- You already use AI tools to work faster.
- Exposure to foreign currencies or e-commerce.
