Lead the technical delivery of a strategic infrastructure automation program. Define target architecture, platform standards, and automation patterns. Design solutions for service inventory, ownership tracking, monitoring, and operational visibility. Build automated workflows integrating multiple enterprise platforms and services. Drive adoption of API-driven automation and self-service capabilities. Define secure machine-to-machine authentication and service integration patterns. Guide engineers across multiple workstreams and manage technical dependencies. Partner with platform owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption. Define and track technical KPIs, operational metrics, and automation outcomes. Requirements
8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Security Engineering. Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions. Deep understanding of infrastructure services, platform integrations, and operational controls. Strong Linux and Windows administration background. Experience designing inventory, monitoring, and observability capabilities. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell. Experience integrating systems through APIs. Working knowledge of Azure and modern cloud environments. Experience operating within security, compliance, and governance frameworks. Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or similar. Nice to Have
Knowledge of key management, identity, or cryptographic technologies. Experience building self-service platform capabilities. Experience automating DNS, network, or security services. Security architecture or compliance background.
