Atlassian Consultant
in
Warsaw, Poland- 3 days a week to office. Job Title: Atlassian Consultant Location: Warsaw Hybrid model: 3 days/week in the office Employment type: Permanent You Will:
Develop and deliver solutions in an Atlassian Data Center environment, mainly Jira and Confluence Design new processes, workflows, forms, screens and automations based on the needs of internal customers Analyze user needs and turn them into technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem Configure and extend Data Center solutions, including integrations with other systems Support the migration to a new platform, keeping the impact on users as small as possible Work with product, IT and business teams to set priorities, shape the backlog and define the scope of changes Monitor the stability and performance of the environment and propose improvements Automate repetitive tasks to speed up the work of the team and its users You bring:
3+ years of experience in development or administration of Atlassian solutions Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence in a Data Center environment, including workflows, schemes, permissions, screens, custom fields, and automations Experience with REST API, JSON, XML, OAuth, SQL, and system integrations The ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into concrete technical solutions Nice to have:
Experience with Atlassian platform migrations Experience in a large organization or a regulated sector (e.g., banking)
