We are looking for a
Production Manager
who combines strong operational expertise with leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building teams and processes in a greenfield environment.
Lead the operational launch and ongoing development of our production organization.
Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Build, develop, and inspire production teams while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage production schedules to meet customer expectations while optimizing resources and operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to support business objectives.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Support workforce development through coaching, feedback, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize costs, and increase operational performance.
Play a key role in establishing the manufacturing culture and standards of Hayden Europe.
Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a production management role.
Experience in manufacturing environments such as HVAC, heat exchangers, metal fabrication, steel structures, steel processing, or related industries.
Experience in greenfield facilities or strong motivation to participate in a greenfield project.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in air-cooled heat exchangers.
Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
Experience working within international manufacturing organizations.
