Review financial results, analyze key variances and support the quality of balance sheet and P&L reporting.
Provide guidance on complex accounting and financial reporting topics.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and local statutory requirements.
Coordinate external audits and support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tax and compliance-related matters.
Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting.
Lead or contribute to finance transformation, process optimization and automation initiatives.
Build strong relationships with business and finance stakeholders to support decision-making.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Controlling.
At least 5 years of experience leading finance or accounting teams.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in an international or complex business environment.
Hands-on experience with statutory reporting and external audits.
Good understanding of financial controls, compliance and risk management.
Proven experience in process improvement, standardization or finance transformation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
