Work closely with Finance Business Partners from the operating companies across a full range of our operations and conduct a wide range of analysis – from monthly RtR, through standard MI reports to on request analytics. As part of the Record to Report team you will support high-quality financial operations in a global aviation environment, including monthly, quarterly closing activities, issue resolution, and process improvement. You will help drive operational excellence through strong financial controls, automation, and collaboration with international stakeholders. Responsibilities

Maintain General Ledger accounts for assigned Opco. Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments. Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and prepare General Ledger reports. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in line with Opco deadlines. Ensure accounting records, reconciliations are accurate and compliant. Collaborate with stakeholders and accounting teams to resolve accounting issues. Maintain and update process documentation DTP’s and control closing calendar. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting processes. Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and financial closing activities. Knowledge of accounting principles. Experience in account reconciliations, financial reporting. Experience working with SAP systems and accounting platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications. Very good command of English (spoken and written) Excellent analytical and cooperation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international environment Proven knowledge of the airline industry and its solutions would be an asset What we offer:
