Purpose of the Job Do you want your analysis to shape real credit decisions and business outcomes?

Responsibilities of the Job You will monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identify emerging trends and assess the key drivers of profitability, delinquency, NPLs, recoveries and write-offs. Rather than simply reporting what has happened, you will explain why performance is changing and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

You will support the development and evaluation of credit decisioning, pricing and collections strategies, monitor performance against risk appetite and ensure that portfolio insights are translated into effective actions. By creating a continuous feedback loop between portfolio outcomes and strategy, you will help strengthen our approach to portfolio steering.

Working closely with Credit, Commercial, Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations, you will present your findings to stakeholders and governance forums. You will also contribute to improving analytical processes, reporting, automation and data quality.

Education Level Bachelor's Degree

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies You have at least two years of experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, portfolio management or a similar analytical role. You are comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting performance metrics and translating complex findings into practical recommendations.

A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. We equally value relevant professional experience that provides a strong foundation for success in the role.

You combine analytical thinking with sound business judgement and understand how credit decisions affect customer outcomes, portfolio risk and profitability. You are curious about the reasons behind performance changes and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.

Experience in the Polish lending market and familiarity with consumer lending regulations are highly valued. Experience within banking, financial services or consumer lending will also support your success. Strong SQL and BI experience would be beneficial, while knowledge of Python, automation or statistical analysis would be an advantage.

Language Competencies You communicate fluently in Polish and English. You can explain complex findings clearly to specialist and non-specialist stakeholders and are comfortable collaborating across countries, functions and levels of seniority.

Knowledge required You bring a solid understanding of consumer lending, credit risk and portfolio management. This includes knowledge of portfolio monitoring, customer segmentation, risk appetite, credit decisioning, scoring, pricing, collections and early-warning indicators.

You understand key portfolio metrics such as probability of default, delinquency, NPL performance, recoveries and write-offs. Experience with vintage analysis, cohort analysis or strategy monitoring would be beneficial.

Knowledge of the Polish lending market, including relevant consumer lending regulations, KNF requirements and BIK practices, is highly valued. You should also understand how Credit, Commercial, Finance, Risk and Operations work together to support sustainable growth and responsible lending.

Capabilities for this job You are able to structure complex information, identify the insights that matter and turn them into clear recommendations. You combine attention to detail with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.

You take ownership of your work and are equally comfortable conducting independent analysis and partnering with stakeholders to implement improvements. You build strong working relationships, communicate confidently and focus on turning insight into measurable action.

What motivates you? You are motivated by understanding what drives portfolio performance and using that knowledge to influence meaningful business decisions. You enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities and seeing your analysis lead to tangible improvements.

You are not satisfied with simply explaining what happened. You want to understand why it happened, what should be done next and how your recommendations can create lasting value.

You thrive in an international and collaborative environment where you can take ownership, contribute new ideas and continue developing your expertise in credit risk, portfolio management and analytics.
