IMPEXMASH is a Ukrainian manufacturer of bakery and confectionery machinery. We are looking for someone who will develop sales in Poland and, over time, also in other European markets. Задачи:
Actively acquiring customers among bakeries, confectioneries and food manufacturers. Meeting with customers, identifying their needs and preparing offers together with the manufacturer's engineers and technologists. Conducting negotiations, coordinating orders and developing relationships with customers and distributors. Organizing machinery presentations and participating in industry trade fairs. We have an operating demonstration center near Wrocław and plan to move it to Warsaw. Требования:
An initiative-taking person who wants to acquire customers and learn about the applications of our machinery. Polish for conversations and negotiations with customers, English for contacts with European partners, and Ukrainian or Russian for cooperation with the manufacturer's team. Willingness to travel to customers in Poland and, over time, also abroad. Будет плюсом: Experience in B2B sales, working with equipment or organizing projects will be an asset. Условия:
Full-time position and a hybrid working model in Warsaw. Base salary and sales commission. Product training and support from the manufacturer's engineers and technologists. Direct cooperation with the owners and the opportunity to develop sales in new markets.
