We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dev Ops Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all assigned IT systems in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This role is crucial for maintaining the operational functionality of our systems and supporting our online shop operations. Задачи
Plan the service lifecycle from initial setup to decommissioning, and implement preventive measures to maintain operational functionality.
Create and execute monitoring solutions to ensure the continuous performance of shop systems.
Handle bug reports and service tickets efficiently.
Maintain and further develop existing systems, addressing vulnerabilities as they arise.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and document operational incidents to ensure quick resolution and prevent recurrence.
Support various projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis (minimum one week per month, Monday to Sunday) to provide 24/7 monitoring and support for shop systems.
Work closely with the team responsible for shop operations, ensuring seamless integration and operation of 200 software artifacts (microservices, databases, etc.). Требования
