At Ingenix.AI, we develop AI solutions that help shorten the path to lifesaving therapies. We’re looking for someone to support our day‑to‑day administration and help keep our offices running smoothly.
This role is for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, handling a variety of tasks, and making everyday work easier for others.
In Our Company You Will
Office support – provide day‑to‑day administrative support for our Warsaw and Kraków offices.
Bi-Weekly meeting logistics – book conference rooms and arrange catering for our company meetings.
Business travel arrangements – book flights and hotels, including for technology conferences.
Supplier coordination – liaise with couriers, building management, and office equipment service providers.
IT equipment logistics – maintain equipment records and coordinate laptop and monitor handovers with our IT and Finance teams.
