Ingenix.AI is building the
Model Fusion,
a new architecture that combines many specialist models to
simulate clinical efficacy and safety . We are looking for a Senior AI/Software Engineer who wants to continuously develop the solution together with the engineering, research and product teams.
In Our Company You Will
Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often ambiguous problems
Work closely with research and product teams to create tools, services, LLMOps/MLOps pipelines, agentic systems and applications for our internal and external clients
Identify opportunities in how we develop, test and deploy automation solutions more efficiently
Serve as a mentor to less experienced engineers and researchers
Our ideal candidate
6+ years of experience building production systems in Python or a comparable language
BSc/MSc in a technical field (CS, Bioengineering, Physics, etc), PhD is a plus
Proficiency in software engineering best practices (programming, testing, version control, CI/CD, containers, agile development, etc)
Proficiency in AI automation (Agentic systems, AI coding, AI tool usage, LLMOps/MLOps)
High levels of curiosity and eager enthusiasm for open-ended problems, and the ability to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to produce solutions independently in an organized manner, as well as work in a team
Having biology background is a plus (wanting to learn the domain is a must)
