- Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Configure and integrate authentication and authorization solutions, including SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
- Manage roles, access rights, and security policies in compliance with corporate standards
- Automate identity management processes using Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripts
- Monitor and audit access and investigate security incidents related to access violations
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Participate in projects to migrate and integrate IAM systems into AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments
Wymagania:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, or similar systems
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management best practices
- Intermediate English

- Experience with PAM systems such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
- CISSP/CISM/CCSP or Okta/Microsoft certifications
- Experience with AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud IAM
