In this role, you'll help shape how Engineering teams manage external workforce operations, hiring processes, financial administration and data-driven decision making.
AI and automation are not side projects here; they are a core part of the role.
- Your impact
- Contractor & Hiring Operations
Coordinate the full contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and offboarding.
Support hiring activities across the Engineering organization, including OPEX-funded positions.
Monitor recruitment funnel performance, pipeline health and hiring metrics while identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Provide operational visibility into workforce capacity, hiring progress and contractor spend.
Financial & Contract Operations
Manage contractor and vendor agreement processes, including documentation and approvals.
Reconcile timesheets and ensure alignment with contractual arrangements.
Initiate and monitor invoice payment processes.
