Use case discovery and prioritisation: finding the best worth making, designing experiments to validate them.
Quality and performance of the product - which means owning the eval stack alongside engineering: what we measure, how we judge model output, and how we close the loop from user feedback to model improvement.
Go-to-market strategies for consumers.
Cross-functional delivery with engineers, other PMs, and business stakeholders. Требования
3+ years as a PM on a product with a meaningful ML/AI component.
Hands-on familiarity with LLMs in production: prompt pipelines, retrieval, and - critically - how you know whether the thing is working.
You've thought seriously about evals.
Comfortable reading model metrics, A/B results, and qualitative user research, and synthesising them into decisions.
Strong communicator who can explain model tradeoffs to a business audience without oversimplifying.
Fluent English and Polish level.
You care about whether the product actually helps users, not just whether it shipped.
You're sceptical of vibes-based quality assessment and default to measurement.
