Machine Learning Developer Location: Hybrydowo, Warszawa - hybrid office, minimum 1 day per month in office.
Employment: Full‑time, B2B contract, 16,000-21,000 PLN per month.
Experience: 3+ years.
Responsibility
Creating and developing MLOps pipelines covering training, deployment, and monitoring of ML/AI models.
Automating CI/CD processes dedicated to machine learning solutions.
Scaling and optimizing model training in cloud environments (experience with GCP is especially welcome).
Monitoring model performance, detecting drift, adapting, and retraining.
Collaborating closely with Data Scientists and software engineers to implement AI solutions.
Requirements
Technical education (preferred fields: computer science, mathematics or related).
Excellent proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem (Num Py, Pandas, Tensor Flow or Py Torch).
Minimum 3 years of experience in distributed machine learning projects.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, and practical understanding of AI applications in decision systems.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD (Git Lab CI, Jenkins).
Cloud solution experience (preferred GCP platform).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to work effectively in a team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
Knowledge of popular ML libraries (xgboost, h2o, scikit‑learn, Kedro).
Experience building systems solving complex optimization tasks (non‑linear, integer).
Experience building web interfaces and services (HTML, Fast API, Streamlit).
