Coordinating projects related to the development of assembled products and components (from the prototype phase to mass production) Evaluating internal project specifications Monitoring and controlling project progress, including risk management and project changes Managing project requirements and changes Analyzing results with the project team Developing action plans and project schedules, including resource allocation plans Organizing meetings and training sessions for the project team Preparing project reports and documents, as well as presentations for both internal and external use (reporting project status to Headquarters) Our requirements
Experience in project management and/or component development English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required). Knowledge of German is a plus. Ability to collaborate with various departments within the group (Quality, Logistics, Engineer-ing, IT, Production, Product Development Center). Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to quality and timeliness. Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/German Position Requirements
