We’re looking for an
SEO Specialist with 1+ year of experience
who is motivated to learn and grow under the guidance of an experienced
Team Lead .
Responsibilities:
Collect and cluster keywords, build semantic cores, and analyze search intent.
Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, content, and website structure.
Conduct basic technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor website indexing, organic traffic, and performance.
Prepare clear tasks for copywriters and developers, and check their implementation.
Analyze competitors and identify relevant SEO opportunities.
Work with content and website pages in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in SEO.
Mandatory: fluency in Ukrainian and Russian, and at least Intermediate (B1) English.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals:
on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and website structure .
Experience collecting and clustering semantic cores using
Wordstat, Key Collector, and Keys.so .
Basic technical SEO audit skills using
Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider .
Experience with
Yandex Webmaster, Yandex Metrica, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics .
Ability to prepare clear tasks for copywriters and developers.
Basic
HTML and CMS knowledge , preferably
WordPress .
Confidence using
Excel / Google Sheets , including filters and pivot tables.
Will Be a Plus:
Experience with
Ahrefs, Serpstat, or Semrush .
Familiarity with
AI tools such as ChatGPT .
