Dedicated demerger resources supporting application portfolios managed by IT Service Managers.
The objective is to add independent execution capacity for application separation planning, coordination and hands-on execution.
The assignment covers Group Finance applications and project FX hedging and calculation applications.
The engagement is planned from November 2026 until July–August 2027, with a 100% allocation.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned application carve-out activities.
Establish and maintain the application-level carve-out plan, activities, dependencies and readiness.
Identify dependencies related to applications, integrations, data, environments, users/access, infrastructure, vendors and other solutions.
Coordinate target environment and solution setup activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Drive technical and functional separation activities through testing, cutover and validation.
Coordinate vendors and other technical resources required to complete the separation.
Proactively identify gaps, risks, issues and required decisions.
Ensure that required technical and operational documentation is created and maintained.
Support solution handover and operational readiness after separation.
Escalate to the Service Manager primarily when business/application-specific decisions, prioritization or escalation are required.
Experience specifically with HFM Hyperion, IPM Anaplan, Tagetik, Workiva or TWIN360/TWIN8, Global Trade, 360T, Bloomberg, Oanda FX Rates, Nomentia Cash Management and SWIFT Alliance Lite2.
Strong experience in enterprise application lifecycle, implementation, migration or separation activities.
Previous experience in IT carve-outs, demergers, M&A integrations or comparable application transformation programs is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of enterprise applications and their dependencies, including integrations, data flows, identity/access, environments and vendors.
Experience in planning and executing testing, deployment, cutover and validation activities.
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, application owners, vendors and cross-functional IT teams in an international environment.
Strong documentation and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, proactive and hands-on way of working.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous topics and drive them towards resolution.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Capability to independently take ownership of an application/workstream and drive the carve-out forward without requiring continuous operational steering from the Service Manager.
