Validation Governance Opis projektu:
Support the independent validation of AI agents transitioning from prototype to production in the financial sector. The assignment focuses on ensuring that AI solutions meet governance, risk, and compliance requirements before production approval. Provide independent model risk validation services for a portfolio of AI agents planned for production deployment during the first half of 2027. The work follows a phased validation approach as solutions reach varying levels of readiness. Conduct independent model risk validation reviews of AI agents before production release. Assess model design, methodology, performance, controls, and documentation against established validation standards. Evaluate data quality, data lineage, and supporting evidence required for model approval. Provide risk assessments, challenge findings, and recommendations to address identified gaps. Support a phased validation process, accommodating multiple submissions with varying readiness timelines. Work closely with stakeholders across AI, governance, risk, and Financial Crime Prevention functions. Proven experience in model risk validation, model governance, or model risk management within regulated environments. Strong understanding of AI/ML models, validation methodologies, and model lifecycle controls. Experience reviewing documentation, datasets, and evidence packages for model approval processes. Knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance requirements related to AI deployment. Experience within Financial Crime Prevention, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide clear validation outcomes.
