At least 1-2 year of experience in operations, securities settlement, post-trade, or similar financial services processes. Knowledge of securities settlement and post-trade workflows. Familiarity with SWIFT MT54x messaging; hands-on repair experience is highly valued. Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of controls and operational risk. The ability to work under pressure and proactively escape issues. Availability to work shifts within the 8:00-19:00 CET coverage window. As a Junior Securities Settlement Analyst - SWIFT, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting its Operations team in Warsaw. You will help maintain smooth settlement processes during periods of increased market activity and contribute to preparations for the T+1 settlement cycle. Zakres obowiązków:
Repair inbound and outbound trade instructions, including SWIFT MT54x messages. Monitor and process operational queues using settlement tools such as SFE, IC, and SECORE. Ensure compliance with operational risk guidelines, internal controls, and standard operating procedures. Escalate unresolved issues and high-value risks in a timely and structured manner. Support the team during increased repair volumes and additional workload related to T+1 implementation. Maintain a high level of accuracy and control awareness across daily settlement activities.
