The role focuses on profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality and continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles. The successful candidate will support Lean initiatives, standardize processes, analyze data, and mentor IE engineers while coordinating layouts and data integrity across the plant.
