For our Polish entity, we are looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) to join our Finance team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Post bank statements.
Process incoming invoices using the company's invoice workflow system in line with internal policies and procedures.
Post supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
Process and reconcile business travel expenses.
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
Reconcile payment card receipts.
Prepare sales and cash flow reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance and accounting processes.
Support month-end closing activities.
Prepare monthly accrual reports.
Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
Business English skills at B2 level or higher.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
