We are looking for a talented recruiter to support the growth of our company by attracting and hiring top talent for specialist and expert-level positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident in direct search activities, and uses LinkedIn Recruiter daily to build talent networks and engage with high-caliber candidates. And perhaps most importantly, loves connecting with engineers. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and expert-level engineering roles. Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search methods. Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and recommend the most effective hiring solutions. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment data and track key hiring metrics within the ATS. What We Offer

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently for technical roles (design engineering roles) on a Polish market Hands-on experience with direct search methodologies and strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
