Project The project focuses on building and maintaining modern DevOps practices for embedded software development. You will play a key role in shaping development processes, improving delivery efficiency and supporting engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle. In addition to hands‑on technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities you'll have

Lead and support a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and embedded development projects

Drive automation initiatives across development, testing and deployment processes

Collaborate closely with software, firmware and QA teams to improve development efficiency

Support the design and optimization of development infrastructure and tooling

Support and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Expected competences and knowledge

MIn.

5 years

of commercial experience in

DevOps roles

Proven experience working with software development and delivery processes

Previous experience

leading, mentoring or coordinating engineering teams

Experience building and maintaining

CI/CD pipelines

Good understanding of automation, infrastructure and system reliability concepts

Exposure to

embedded software development

projects or embedded development environments

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Very good

English

communication skills - min. C1 level

Nice to have: Knowledge of cloud technologies

Experience working in Agile environments
