Territory Customer Experience Manager, Crop Care & Precision Tech
Ensure sales and market share goals are met. Counsel channel partners on product, marketing, financial and/or management-related matters. Act as product specialist for designated group of products supporting region and platform to develop future product requirements and training material. Monitor channel partner performance and takes corrective actions when results do not meet expectations. Manage the contractual relationship between the channel partner and the Company. Manage company assets to maximise return. Communicate market opportunities and competitive intelligence Communicate with other divisions/departments to maintain a good working relationship between channel partners and the company. Maximize enterprise objectives. Deliver training to channel partners. Our Requirements
Good interpersonal skills, team player and a positive attitude are essential. Knowledge of competitive products would be desirable. Good presentation skills.
