We need your professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow; Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup); A great knowledge of casino and sports players; A good knowledge of betting industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.); Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines; Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
