We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a great team at one of our key clients, a European institution based in Poland. The role is based in Poland (Warsaw), therefore local presence is required.
YOUR MISSION
- Map needs into changes in ICT systems (existing systems and needed to be built)
- Order of magnitude estimation of the workload, time, risk
- Document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Identify gaps and overlaps across business processes, provide input to business process streamline
- Provide input or conduct Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, feasibility studies of tools
- Review and contribute to analytical documentation provided by 3rd party companies
- Provide business analysis services related to ICT solutions deployed or planned to be deployed
- Act as main point of contact for the Process and Business Owners
- Educate on Service Now capabilities, manage expectations, prepare mock-ups, deliver demos to Business
- Define User Stories and lead backlog refinements to decompose user stories into tasks for Developers
- Support whole SDLC including bug-fixing, UAT, change management, deployment, trainings, hyper care
- Support the Portfolio with expertise on business analysis focused on business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Bachelor Degree
- You have minimum English level of C1
- You have minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT
- You have at least one valid ServiceNow certificate: Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant issued by ServiceNow.
